Resolution should be 300 dpi size of the design must match the order size plus 1/8 for the bleed. Color values should be in CMYK values.

Yes, this is possible. Make sure to use a permanent marker if the participants will be signing on the banner. You can also order stickers from us if you plan to stick stickers on the banner.
Print-ready files should be saved in CMYK format to make sure there will be no conversion issues. All artwork saved in RGB we automatically convert it to CMYK and tend to have color discrepancies after conversion especially to color that are bright and neon.
Putting a sleeve and having a pole inserted is a good idea. Other options are we can order a bungee cord or rope, and you can attach it to any of the poles in your area of placement.

You can definitely upload your artwork in full bleed (.125" on all sides) so we can make sure that no important elements will be compromised during the cutting process, and this would also eliminate the appearance of white hairline along the edges of the final product.
