What are Falconboard Signs?
Falconboard signs are durable interior signs that can be used for a variety of purposes. The construction of the material comprises a kraft honeycomb core sandwiched between two white cardstock paper faces. Falconboard signs are most commonly used as point of purchase display, retail graphics and exhibits, mounted displays, trade show graphics, presentation boards, and other interior displays.
Falconboard is ½" thick and is great for custom shapes and sizes. The thickness not only provides a good rigid print surface, but also makes it easy to display in several ways including mounting, hanging from drilled holes or building a display structure from multiple printed pieces. Digital UV printing on falconboard signs means that no matter how many colors or how detailed your print design, it will come out crisp and beautiful everytime!

Displaying & Caring for Your Falconboard Signs
Falconboard signs can be cut to shape and used to construct a variety of displays and graphic exhibits. Alternatively they can also be placed on easels, attached to rigid surfaces or even hung using a variety of methods including bungee cords, zip ties, string or rope. You are able to select "Drilled Holes" if you intend on hanging or mounting your sign to a rigid surface.
Falconboard signs are for interior use only. Avoid exposing these signs to the elements as well as getting them wet in any way. While extremely durable, care should be used during construction and takedown of exhibits and displays. Be extra careful with the corners and edges of your falconboard sign as these can be "crushed" if dropped or pressed.

Our lightweight and recyclable Falconboard signs, which are made with a 1/2" thick honeycomb kraft core and rigid paper faces, come in different sizes, and the available sizes are 4" x 4" to 94" x 46". We will be happy to check if we can customize the order to 5' x 6' (60" x 72").

On a rectangle shape, this will be sharp edges. To have rounded corners you can choose the custom shape with border and set the design with a rounded corner and we will follow the shape of your design.
The size you are looking for is available width of 3ft. The files need to be set up the way you want us to print the falcon board. The file needs to match the order size, the resolution should be at least 300dpi, the colors are CMYK values and it should be saved as a pdf. Unfortunately, we do not cut the inside part of the falcon board, just on the edges.

Certainly! Once you upload the artwork on the design tool, you may double check if it is going to be a full bleed. If you want to make sure you will see how it will look like before we produce it for you, you may contact us so that we may request a free PDF proof for you to approve.
Full bleed is not possible for falcon boards. A halo border is required.
Yes, we can make Dimension individual letters the same as what you have on your logo. Just provide us the design and we can print it for you. Make sure to choose custom with a border on the shape of the specification of the order.
