Can I order samples of products that are not included in the sample pack?
We currently do not offer additional samples. If you have questions about a product not listed above, please feel free to contact us by chatting us on our website or calling 888-222-4929.
Am I able to order just a single sample?
As of right now, we do not offer single samples.
How long does it take to receive the sample box?
If your order is placed before 3 PM EST, the order will be shipped out the same day. If placed after 3PM EST, the order will be shipped out the next business day. The amount of time from there depends on the shipping method you choose from the checkout page.
I've ordered the sample pack and want to place an order. What now?
You can navigate to the product page of the sign that you wish to order and click "Get Started" to start designing your sign. If you need help placing your order or help designing your sign, you can fill out a design request by filling out a design ticket. One last thing; We include a promo code for 10% off your next order within each sample pack, so be sure to take advantage of it!
