Our magnets are a great way to get the word out about your business or organization. You can stick them on your car and let the world know that you are the number one source for custom widgets. Then, remove the magnet so you’ll look classy when you pick up that blind date -- you can tell her about the widgets later.

Why It's Cool: Magnets are the ultimate in removable advertising. They’re super easy to install: find a metal surface and stick ‘em down.
What It's Made Of: Magnetic stuff, of course. To get technical, it’s a thermoplastic, permanently magnetic product with a multi-pole magnetic arrangement.
How To Use It: Make some cool car magnets and stick them on your vehicle for around-the-town advertising. Or, make smaller magnets for refrigerators and hand them out to everyone you know.
When You Shouldn’t Use It: When you want to place advertising in a spot that doesn’t have a magnetic surface. It won’t stick.
Lifespan: Indoors, your magnets will last for 5 years or longer. Stuck to your car they’ll remain attractive and eye-catching for at least 1-2 years.
Shelf Life: Why would you want to store these magnetic beauties? Keep ‘em stuck to something so you can send your message out to the world. But if you absolutely must store your magnetic signs, store them in a flat in a cool, dry closet. They’ll be fine for several years.
Print Method: We print using a four-color process with UV ink that provides better protection against fading and abrasion than solvent inks. And it’s better on the environment.
Common Sizes: 12x18, 12x24, 12x36, 12x48, 18x24, 18x36, 18x48, 24x24, 24x36, 24x48, Custom Size
Other Specifications:
Water Resistance: Our magnet sheeting is resistant to rain, snow and sleet. But you should remove your magnetic signs from your car prior to entering the car wash -- pressurized water tends to lift ‘em off.
High-Speed Collision Resistance: Strangely, none of the employees here at Signs.com were willing to provide vehicles for testing. But we’re pretty sure that if the Jaws of Life are required to extricate you from your car after a collision, your magnetic sign is going to be toast. Maybe auto insurance covers this kind of loss?
Thickness: .76 mm
What does this mean? It’s thick enough to stick to your magnetic
surface without feeling cheesy and cheap. Manufacturers also make this stuff in
.30 mm, .38 mm, and .51 mm thicknesses. We only carry the thicker stuff because
it’s higher quality.
Shrinkage: < 1.5% @158 F, 7 days
What does this mean? Someone was really bored and placed a sheet
of magnet in a really hot, controlled environment for seven days. And the magnet
shrunk less than one and a half percent from all that heat. In other words, even
if you’re driving around in Phoenix in July, the magnet on your car isn’t going
to shrink.
Flexibility: at 68 F, can be coiled to a 1/2” radius without cracking
What does this mean? Well, if you wanted to roll your magnet up
to make a tiny little telescope, you can. It won’t crack. But we don’t recommend
this - your magnet sign adheres best when stored flat. If you need a telescope,
we suggest an empty paper towel roll.
